After Eden Cocktails (Evening)
A pizzeria memory turned sideways. Parmesan-washed tequila blanco meets tomato-basil vermouth through a milk punch, softened with smoked sage oil and dusted in dried spices. Familiar, then not.
The warmth of a bowl, distilled. Sotol and aged scotch steep in a vegan pho vermouth reduction with umami bitters and bright citrus essence. Finished with a beef chip — broth you can hold in one hand.
Not that piña colada. Mesquite-smoked bourbon and coconut rum filtered through a durian-pineapple cordial with five-spice and evaporated milk. Tropical, but it's late and the lights are low.
Something for the clear-headed. Zero-proof drinks built with the same intention — available on request.
The menu is still unfolding. New drinks will arrive as the room settles in.

Draft Cocktail
A pizzeria memory turned sideways. Parmesan-washed tequila blanco meets tomato-basil vermouth through a milk punch, softened with smoked sage oil and dusted in dried spices. Familiar, then not.
Bourbon and rye, split down the middle. Banana and palm sugar soften the edges, doubled bitters hold the line. A familiar ritual with something quietly different at the bottom of the glass.
Tequila and house-blend orange liqueur filtered through citrus-agave cordial and banana soy milk. Clean, bright, and deceptively smooth — a margarita that decided to stay out late.

Wine & Beer
Provence in a glass. Pale, dry, and effortlessly composed.
Soft red fruit, earthy undertow. Light enough to keep the conversation going.
Orange wine with grip. Textured, amber-hued, a little untamed.
Loire Valley minerality, bright citrus, no excess. Says what it means.
White pepper, green apple, bone dry. Austrian precision in every sip.
Fine bubbles, clean finish. Celebration without the announcement.
Half the bottle, full Champagne. Rich, toasty, meant to be shared — or not.
A single glass of proper Champagne. For the moment that calls for it.
Light, clean, and unhurried. A nod to the morning side of the house.
